Campus Sant Joan d&#8217;Alacant."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Consulta el temari del curs d&#8217;anivellament Biologia que s&#8217;impartix al campus de Sant Joan d&#8217;Alacant en el curs 2025\/2026.<\/p>\n<h3>Programa:<\/h3>\n<p>UNITAT 0: Conceptes b\u00e0sics de qu\u00edmica per a biologia (2 hores (*))<br \/>\n0.1.- Dels \u00e0toms a les mol\u00e8cules: tipus d&#8217;enlla\u00e7os qu\u00edmics.<br \/>\n0.2.- Unitats de quantificaci\u00f3 de la mat\u00e8ria: concepte de mol.<\/p>\n<p>UNITAT I: Base molecular i fisicoqu\u00edmica de la vida (6 hores (*))<br \/>\n1.1.- Els \u00e0toms i mol\u00e8cules de la vida: Bioelements i Biomol\u00e8cules.<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1.1.1.- Biomol\u00e8cules inorg\u00e0niques: l&#8217;aigua i les sals minerals.<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1.1.2.- Biomol\u00e8cules org\u00e0niques: gl\u00facids, l\u00edpids, prote\u00efnes i \u00e0cids nucleics.<\/p>\n<p>UNITAT II: La c\u00e8l\u00b7lula com a unitat de vida (6 hores (*))<br \/>\n2.1.- Models d&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular: procariotes i eucariotes (animal i vegetal).<br \/>\n2.2.- Components de la c\u00e8l\u00b7lula eucariota:<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2.2.1.- Membrana plasm\u00e0tica i transport a trav\u00e9s de membrana:<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2.2.2.- Transport vesicular:<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; a) Ruta de secreci\u00f3 i exocitosi: reticle endopl\u00e0smic, aparell de Golgi<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; b) Ruta d&#8217;endocitosi i digesti\u00f3: mecanisme d&#8217;endocitosi, lisosomes.<br \/>\n2.3.- El citoesquelet: actina, filaments intermedis i microt\u00fabuls.<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; a) Formes organitzades del citoesquelet: cilis i flagels.<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; b) El centr\u00edol.<br \/>\n2.4- Nucli: estructura i funci\u00f3. De la cromatina al cromosoma.<br \/>\n2.5.- El cicle cel\u00b7lular i les seues fases: mitosi i meiosi.<\/p>\n<p>UNITAT III: Metabolisme (6 hores (*)).<br \/>\n3.1.- El metabolisme: catabolisme i anabolisme.<br \/>\n3.2.- L&#8217;ATP com a bescanviador d&#8217;energia<br \/>\n3.3.- Els enzims com biocatalitzadors.<br \/>\n3.4.- La via metab\u00f2lica anaer\u00f2bia: catabolisme de gl\u00facids (la glucolisis i les fermentacions).<br \/>\n3.5.- Mitocondri i respiraci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular.<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3.5.1.- Ultraestructura del mitocondri.<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3.5.2.- Concepte i significat de la respiraci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular. Aerobiosis i anaerobiosis.<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3.5.3.- El transport electr\u00f2nic i la fosforilaci\u00f3 oxidativa.<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3.5.4.- La via metab\u00f2lica aer\u00f2bia: cicle de Krebs i catabolismes dels \u00e0cids grassos.<\/p>\n<p>UNITAT IV: L&#8217;her\u00e8ncia biol\u00f2gica: Gen\u00e8tica cl\u00e0ssica i molecular (temes addicionals (**))<br \/>\n4.1.- Conceptes b\u00e0sics d&#8217;her\u00e8ncia biol\u00f2gica i lleis de Mendel.<br \/>\n4.2.- L&#8217;ADN com a portador de la informaci\u00f3 gen\u00e8tica: el dogma central de la biologia molecular.<br \/>\n4.3.- Gen i genoma.<br \/>\n4.4.- Duplicaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;ADN.<br \/>\n4.5.- Transcripci\u00f3 i traducci\u00f3 del missatge gen\u00e8tic.<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;a) Mecanisme de transcripci\u00f3.<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;b) Codi gen\u00e8tic.<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;c) Mecanisme de traducci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>(*) La duraci\u00f3 indicada \u00e9s merament orientativa.
