The recognition of these credits will not include a grade for them, meaning they will not be included in the grade point average (GPA) calculation of the academic record. The minimum required period is three months of full-time work or its part-time equivalent. The equivalence applied would be up to 0.5 ECTS for every three months of full-time work, based on the relevance of the professional or work experience to the competencies of the degree program.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">When and how to apply for credit recognition through accreditation of work and professional experience?<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Deadline: The application will be accepted from the day after the completion of your enrollment until September 15, 2026.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">How: The application is submitted electronically. The application is located in your authenticated student access and is called &#8220;Application and consultation for recognition of credits for Bachelor&#8217;s and Master&#8217;s Degree Studies&#8221; (Solicitud y consulta de reconocimiento de cr\u00e9ditos en estudios de Grado y M\u00e1ster Universitario), then you must access &#8220;Accreditation of work and professional experience&#8221; (Acreditaci\u00f3n de experiencial laboral y profesional).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">What documentation must I need provide?&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">The required documentation is listed below. It is important to note that the following documentation is not exhaustive. Students should provide all information relevant to their work experience.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">You must provide the following documentation in PDF format:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Work history report.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">A certificate from the company or organization reflecting the student&#8217;s work experience and the period of employment, demonstrating that their length of service within the social security contribution group is related to the skills acquired during their studies. If this certificate cannot be provided due to a company closure, the corresponding employment contract must be submitted, provided that the necessary information regarding the acquired skills can be obtained from it.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">If the student has carried out activities under the General Regime for Self-Employed Workers, the corresponding Economic Activities Tax (IAE) code must be provided. Furthermore, the student must provide documentary evidence of the activities carried out.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Certificate from the relevant Official College, if applicable.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Tax census certificate from the State Tax Administration Agency in the case that the student works as a liberal not registered as a self-employed person.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">What should I do once I have submitted the online application?<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Once you have completed the application, it is reviewed and if everything is correct, it is sent to the corresponding Faculty or School for evaluation.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Once your application has been processed, the documentation may be required for verification at the corresponding Campus Management Center.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">If the documentation has an electronic signature, it will not be necessary to present it at the Campus Management Center for verification.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">What price must be paid if the recognition of credits is favorable?<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">The fee is the 100% of the credit price established by the <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/estudios.umh.es\/precio-de-la-matricula-primer-curso-curso\/\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Decree of the Consell<\/span><\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">, w<\/span><\/span>hich regulates the <span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">public prices for university academic and complentary services.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Can I add subjects to my enrollment if I am granted credit for those subjects?<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">There are two periods available for enrollment expansion:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">From the day after the submission of the recognition request until September 21, 2026. It will be done on line through your authenticated student access. If you cannot modify your enrollment throuht the aplication, you have to send an email to matricula@umh.es<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">From January 7 to 14, 2027.
