APPLICATION FOR THE ISSUANCE OF OFFICIAL DEGREES<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\nMarch 10, 2026<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\nApplication for the issuance of official diplomas<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\nThe student will request the issuance of the official Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral degree once completed at the Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez University of Elche <\/span><\/span>exclusively<\/span><\/span><\/strong> through the <\/span><\/span>UMH Electronic <\/span><\/span><\/a>site![\"(opens](\"https:\/\/estudios.umh.es\/files\/2021\/11\/abre-en-nueva-ventana.png\")
<\/a><\/p>\nApplications for <\/span><\/span>Bachelor’s and <\/span><\/span><\/strong> Master<\/span><\/span><\/strong>‘s degrees <\/span>will be processed at the <\/span><\/span>corresponding Campus Management Center <\/span><\/span><\/strong>, and applications for Doctoral degrees will be processed <\/span><\/span>at<\/span><\/span><\/strong> the <\/span><\/span>Doctoral School.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\nWhen applying, the following documentation must be provided:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n- Scanned and complete identity document (DNI, NIE or passport, \u2026)<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
- Proof of exemption or deduction of fees due to being in one of the <\/span><\/span>following cases.PDF<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The instructions in PDF format<\/span><\/span><\/a> must be followed <\/span> to complete the application correctly. It is recommended to verify the information before submitting it to avoid mistakes. Any modification involving a change to the information indicated in the application text, will be subject to payment of the costs incurred in reprinting the title (duplicate).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\nOnce the application has been reviewed, the <\/span><\/span>Campus Management Center (Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees)<\/span><\/span><\/strong> or the <\/span><\/span>Doctoral School (Doctor’s degree) <\/span><\/span><\/strong> will issue the receipt to pay the issuance fee, as per the public prices established by the authorities.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\nIn case of being entitled to a fees discount or exemption, it is mandatory to provide the valid supporting documentation in your application. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\nSupplementary Certificate<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\nOnce the application has been reviewed and the corresponding fee paid, the Campus Management Center\/Doctoral School will transfer the file to the Official Degrees Section of the UMH, who will manage the issuance of the official degree with the Ministry.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\nThe applicant will receive an email with the CSV code to download the Electronic Supplementary Certificate that replaces the final degree certificate with one year validity.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\nFinal Degree<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\nOnce the final degree is ready to be collected in the UMH Official Degrees Section, a communication will be sent to the email address indicated when applying.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n![\"Model](\"https:\/\/estudios.umh.es\/files\/2019\/03\/Captura_titulo-1024x723.png\")
