Any such modifications will result in the issuance of duplicates for the following reasons:<\/div>\n<div class=\"col\">\n<div class=\"text-cuerpo\">\n<h3><span dir=\"auto\">Loss, destruction or deterioration.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">The loss, destruction or deterioration, not attributable to the University, of an official degree may give rise to the issuance of a duplicate, at the request of the interested party.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">In the event of loss of the title, it will be a prior and indispensable requirement to publish the announcement of the loss in the Official State Gazette, in order to facilitate, where appropriate, the appropriate claims, in accordance with article 9.2 of the Order of July 8, 1988 (BOE no. 167 of 13.07.1988).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span dir=\"auto\">Other Causes.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Any alteration resulting from possible modifications that affect the content of a title (change of name or nationality of its holder, incorporation of Extraordinary Awards, etc\u2026) and that must be reflected in the text of the same, will require the cancellation of the original title and the issuance of a duplicate.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span dir=\"auto\">Procedure for requesting the issuance of a duplicate of an official degree.<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Start.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">The procedure will begin by sending an email to&nbsp;<\/span><span id=\"eeb-871949-737600\"><span dir=\"auto\">titulos@umh.es<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"auto\">, indicating the reason for the duplicate request and all personal data (ID, name and surnames, contact telephone number, qualification or qualifications affected\u2026)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Processing.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Once the application has been received and the data verified, the corresponding receipt will be forwarded, if applicable, for payment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">The amount of the fee for issuing the duplicate will be borne by the interested party when the cause that originated the modification of the text is attributable to him.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">The process for issuing the corresponding duplicate will then begin.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Withdrawal of the duplicate.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">It will be an essential requirement to return the previous title where applicable in order to collect the duplicate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">You can check how to withdraw&nbsp;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/estudios.umh.es\/expedicion-titulos\/expedicion-titulos-oficiales\/titulos-oficiales\/retirada-titulo-oficial-con-cita-previa\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span dir=\"auto\">official titles.<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span dir=\"auto\">Information.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">For any questions, you can contact us, explaining the issue and providing all your personal details (ID number, name and surname) and your contact details (email, telephone, etc.) to&nbsp;<\/span><span id=\"eeb-297295-168306\"><span dir=\"auto\">titulos@umh.es<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"auto\">or on the number 96 665 8787.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>APPLICATION FOR DUPLICATE&nbsp; AN OFFICIAL DEGREE<\/p>\n<p>Official university degrees are public documents valid throughout the national territory and, therefore, may not be modified, altered, or amended.
