This program responds to the training demands and needs expressed by our faculty, as well as the objectives established in the UMH&#8217;s Docentia Program, <\/span><\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">fostering the development of teaching competencies among university professors and promoting educational excellence.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">This program emphasizes the close relationship between university faculty development and teaching quality, and encompasses a range of activities and resources organized by the university to enhance the personal and professional growth of its participants.
