CONDITIONAL ADMISSION TO MASTER’S PROGRAM

17 February 2026

In this video you can find information about conditional admission for university master’s degree studies:

Royal Decree 822/2021, of September 28, allows access to university master’s degree programs for students who have not completed their undergraduate studies. The following information pertains to this  conditional admission :

  • This option is available to undergraduate students from a Spanish university or one belonging to the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) who have yet to complete their final degree project (TFG) and up to a maximum of 9 ECTS credits.
  • Students with a university degree will have priority in enrollment.
  • You will not be able to obtain the Master’s degree if you have not previously obtained the Bachelor’s degree.
  • Students from outside the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) will not be eligible for conditional admission.

Conditional admission to the Master’s Degree in Law and Legal Representation will not be permitted. Once the rectification period has ended, any student who has applied for admission to the aforementioned master’s program but has not completed their Bachelor’s Degree in Law will be excluded.

Considerations to keep in mind:

You don’t need to provide your degree certificate or academic transcript; a summary of your academic record is sufficient. However, once you graduate, and to ensure your admission as a graduate student is considered, you must provide proof of degree deposit, along with proof of payment of the issuance fee and your academic transcript.

UMH students must provide the transcript showing the date on which they paid for the issuance of their degree certificate.
