DINING PROGRAM

The financial aid provided by the university dining program will not exceed the limits established in the UMH Scholarship and Grant Plan. This aid will be awarded to UMH students enrolled in official undergraduate and master’s degree programs. Family income will be taken into consideration when awarding the aid. This aid is not compatible with other grants from the UMH or other institutions for the same purpose. The specific requirements and award procedures will be outlined in a public announcement from the Vice-Rectorate for Students and Coordination.

ACADEMIC YEAR 2025/2026

  • Application period: From January 8 to 21, 2026
  • Application submission procedure: 
    • The application must be submitted electronically through the UMH’s online portal, using your electronic certificate or your UMH user account. To do so, you must access the Scholarships and Study Grants procedure, which is available at the following link.
  • List of applications accepted and rejected for processing (This list shows applications accepted and rejected for processing and does NOT imply the granting of aid):

      • Allegations: From February 12 to 25, 2026.
        The procedure will be carried out through the Electronic Office, by means of a general application, addressed to the Study Management Service, or in writing through the UMH Registry offices or through the channels established in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
      • Resolution publishing the final list of applications admitted and excluded from processing. PDF
  • Grant resolution:
    • Provisional concession proposal. PDF
    • Allegations: Closed.

Those excluded who submitted their application for admission through the Electronic Office must correct any errors or file appeals through their electronic file, located in “My Procedures/My Files,” by clicking on “File Details” and selecting the “Correct/Other Procedures” option. All other excluded applicants must submit their corrections in writing through the UMH Registry Offices or via the channels established in Article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
