Procedures to be carried out so that the official degree is valid outside of Spain.

1. The first step is to proceed with the  recognition of signatures by the Ministry of Universities (Degree Service/Legalization Unit, Paseo de la Castellana, 162. 28046 – Madrid).
2. Next, depending on whether the destination country is a signatory to  the Hague Convention or not , the following steps must be taken:
   • Legalization at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , for non-signatories.
   • Apostilled at the Ministry of Justice , for the signatories
