The procedure for requesting a duplicate of a UMH-specific degree is as follows:

2. Submit the application to the Study Management Service using the general form on the UMH Electronic Office website.
3. The Academic Affairs Office will send you the receipt for the fees for issuing a duplicate degree certificate. Please check the price of a duplicate degree certificate .
