Application for the issuance of official diplomas

The student will request the issuance of the official Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral degree once completed at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche  exclusively  through the  UMH Electronic site

Applications for  Bachelor’s and   Master‘s degrees will be processed at the  corresponding Campus Management Center , and applications for Doctoral degrees will  be processed at  the  Doctoral School.

When applying, the following documentation must be provided:

• Scanned and complete identity document (DNI, NIE or passport, …)
• Proof of exemption or deduction of fees due to being in one of the  following cases.PDF

 The instructions in PDF format must be followed  to complete the application correctly. It is recommended to verify the information before submitting it to avoid mistakes. Any modification involving a change to the information indicated in the application text,  will be subject to payment of the costs incurred in reprinting the title (duplicate).

Once the application has been reviewed, the  Campus Management Center (Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees)  or the  Doctoral School (Doctor’s degree)  will issue the receipt to pay the issuance fee, as per the public prices established by the authorities.

In case of being entitled to a fees discount or exemption,  it is mandatory to  provide the valid supporting documentation in your application. 

Supplementary Certificate

Once the application has been reviewed and the corresponding fee paid, the Campus Management Center/Doctoral School will transfer the file to the Official Degrees Section of the UMH, who will manage the issuance of the official degree with the Ministry.

The applicant will receive an email with the CSV code to download the Electronic Supplementary Certificate that replaces the final degree certificate with one year validity.

Final Degree

Once the final degree is ready to be collected in the UMH Official Degrees Section, a communication will be sent to the email address indicated when applying.
