Studies at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche are governed by the following regulations.
State regulations
- Royal Decree 534/2024, of June 11, which regulates the requirements for access to official university degree studies, the basic characteristics of the access test and the basic regulations of the admission procedures (Spanish version).
- Order PJC/39/2024, of January 24, which determines the characteristics, design and content of the Baccalaureate assessment for access to university, and the maximum dates for carrying out and resolving the procedures for reviewing the grades obtained, in the 2023-2024 academic year (Spanish version).
Regulations of the Valencian Community
- Decree 38/2021, of March 5, of the Consell, regulating the management commission for access tests and pre-registration in the public universities of the Valencian university system.
- RESOLUTION of March 6, 2025, from the Presidency of the Management Commission for the processes of access and pre-registration in the public universities of the Valencian university system, which publicizes the agreements of the Commission relating to the structure and dates of the university access test for the 2024-2025 academic year, for students who hold any of the following qualifications: high school diploma, higher vocational training qualification, higher plastic arts and design qualification, or higher sports qualification (Spanish version).
- Order 27/2010, of April 15, of the Ministry of Education, which regulates the procedures for access to university for those over 25, 40 and 45 years of age established in Royal Decree 1892/2008, of November 14, which regulates the conditions for access to official undergraduate university studies and the admission procedures to Spanish public universities, in the area of the Valencian Community (Spanish version).
- Order 38/2011, of May 31, of the Ministry of Education, which modifies sections 3 and 4 of article 5 and Annex II of Order 27/2010, of April 15, of the Ministry of Education, which regulates the procedures for access to university for those over 25, 40 and 45 years of age, established by Royal Decree 1892/2008, of November 14, which regulates the conditions for access to official undergraduate university studies and the admission procedures to Spanish public universities, in the area of the Valencian Community (Spanish version) .
- Resolution of May 27, 2013, of the President of the Management Commission for Access and Pre-registration Processes in the Public Universities of the Valencian University System, which publishes the agreement of the same on the regulation of the admission procedures to the first year of official undergraduate university studies in the public universities and their affiliated centers of the Valencian Community (Spanish version).
- Resolution of June 4, 2025, of the Presidency of the Management Committee for Access Tests and Pre-registration in the Public Universities of the Valencian University System, by which the agreements of this committee adopted in the session of May 13, 2025, relating to the admission procedure in the first year of official undergraduate university studies in the public universities of the Valencian Community and their affiliated centers, for the 2025-2026 academic year are made public (Spanish version).
