STUDENT SUPPORT AND UNIVERSITY GUIDANCE SCHOLARSHIPS (AEIOU)

The aim of this call for applications is to promote the initiation of training activities by providing support and guidance to students enrolled at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche. This support will focus on providing them with relevant information for their academic training and future professional development.
Among other activities, selected students are expected to collaborate on initiatives and activities of faculty offices or the General Student Delegation, as well as on guided tours of the campuses, information sessions, educational fairs for secondary schools, and in advising students on study plans, elective course selection, complementary and curricular training activities, mobility programs, scholarships, cultural and sporting activities, seminars, conferences, professional internships, and accommodation.
Likewise, and in accordance with the purpose of the call, in order for the support work of the student service point to be carried out more effectively, the beneficiaries may be located at the student service points, when necessary, always with prior notice and authorization from the delegation of the corresponding center or, failing that, from the General Student Delegation or in other places enabled for this purpose on other campuses, collaborating with the activities organized by the university, this dedication being considered within the fulfillment of their schedules and tasks.

• Application submission procedure: 
  • The application must be submitted electronically through the UMH online portal, using your electronic certificate or your UMH user account. To do so, you must access the Scholarships and Grants for Studies procedure, available at the following  link.
•  Provisional list of applicants admitted and excluded from the scholarship application process under the student support and university guidance program . 726 KB
  • Appeals: From May 21 to June 3, 2026.
    Excluded persons must correct errors or submit the relevant claims through the Electronic Office , by submitting a general application addressed to the Study Management Service.
• Rector’s Resolution publishing the final list of applicants admitted and excluded from the scholarship program within the framework of the student support and university guidance program for the 2025/2026 academic year. PDF 1,012 KB
  • The AEIOU scholarship selection test will be held on June 29 at 12:00 pm on all four campuses and two locations. For logistical reasons, it is mandatory to complete the information requested in the following form . The deadline for completion is June 24. Access is only available with a UMH corporate account.
