SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENT SUPPORT AND UNIVERSITY GUIDANCE (AEIOU)

The purpose of this call for applications is to promote the initiation of training activities by providing support and guidance to students enrolled at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche. This support will focus on providing students with information relevant to their academic training and future professional development.
Among other activities, selected students will be expected to assist with initiatives and activities carried out by faculty offices or the General Student Delegation, as well as support guided tours of the campuses, information sessions, education fairs for secondary schools, and providing information and guidance to students regarding study plans, elective course selection, supplementary and curricular training activities, mobility programs, scholarship opportunities, cultural and sporting activities, seminars, conferences, internships, and accommodation.
Likewise, and by virtue of the purpose of the call, in order for the support work of the student service point to be carried out in a more effective way, the beneficiaries may be located in student service points, when required to do so, always with prior notice and authorization from the corresponding center delegation or failing that from the General Student Delegation or in other places enabled for this purpose on other campuses, collaborating with the activities organized by the university, this dedication being counted within the fulfillment of their schedules and tasks.

• Application submission procedure: 
  • The application must be submitted electronically through the UMH’s online portal, using your electronic certificate or your UMH user account. To do so, you must access the Scholarships and Study Grants procedure, which is available at the following  link.
•  Provisional list of admitted and excluded applicants for the scholarship application process within the framework of the student support and university guidance program . 726 KB
  • Appeals: From May 21 to June 3, 2026.
    Excluded individuals must correct errors or submit relevant claims through the Electronic Office , by submitting a general application addressed to the Study Management Service.

  • The selection test for the AEIOU Scholarships will take place on June 29th at 12:00 PM on all four campuses and two locations. For logistical reasons, it is mandatory to complete the information requested in the following form . The deadline to complete it is June 24th. Access is only available with a UMH corporate account.
