University Cultural Activities and Other Academic Activities
Cultural activities, conferences, congresses, workshops, exhibitions, university extension activities and other academic activities promoted by vice-rectorates, centers, departments and research institutes of the UMH, whose realization contributes to the acquisition of learning outcomes of the degree by the students, will be considered as recognized university activities.
How are they accredited?
By providing a certificate from the UMH body responsible for the activity, which must specify the number of ECTS credits that will be recognized.
What criteria are used to determine the number of credits?
- Course diplomas:
- 0.5 ECTS for courses with a duration equal to or greater than 12.5 teaching hours.
- If the course is longer, the corresponding equivalence will be established.
- Courses with a duration of less than 10 hours are not accepted.
- Certificate of attendance :
- 0.5 ECTS for activities with a duration equal to or greater than 12.5 hours.
- If the activity is longer, the corresponding equivalence will be established.
- Activities lasting less than 10 hours are not accepted.
- Certificate of Participation in the Organization:
- President and Vice-President: 2 ECTS
- Secretary and Treasurer of the organizing committee: 1.5 ECTS
- Member of the organizing committee: 1 ECTS
- Presentation of papers and presentations:
- 1 authorship: 1.5 ECTS
- 2 authors: 1 ECTS
- 3 authors: 0.75 ECTS
- 4 or more: 0.5 ECTS
