Withdrawal of official titles
- An appointment will be required for the collection of official degrees and the issuance of CEAs
(Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, Licentiate, Diploma, Engineer and Technical Engineer). You will be able to choose the day and time for collection. - The Certified Electronic Copy (CEA) of the Official Degree and the European Diploma Supplement will be issued with the original of each document at the Academic Management Service by appointment (photocopies, scans, or certified copies will not be valid). In the case of official degrees, they must be duly signed by the graduate.
Very important
Notification regarding the collection of official degrees is sent to the email address provided in the degree application. Do not request an appointment without having received this notification.
The application for an official degree is processed once all the required credits in the curriculum for each degree program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, and/or Doctorate) have been completed. You can submit your application at the following link: Application for an official degree .
If you are dealing with different NON-OFFICIAL Certificates or qualifications ( UMH own degree , Selectividad card, etc.) you must contact the corresponding Service or Unit.

We remind you that, during the month of AUGUST and the Christmas and Easter periods , the Study Management Service (SGE) will remain closed.
The Title may be withdrawn by:
- The interested party, who must identify themselves using their original ID card or passport.
- Any person to whom the graduate delegates, provided they are authorized by submitting a General Application through the UMH Electronic Office , which must include the completed and signed Authorization Form (Modelo de autorización.PDF.84.4kB
) and attach the identity document of both the graduate and the authorized person. This application must be addressed to the Academic Management Service . - If you reside in a province other than Alicante , you can request, by email to , that your degree be sent to the Government Delegation or Subdelegation closest to your home, paying a fee of €15.00*.
- If you reside abroad, you can request that it be sent to the nearest Spanish Consular Office, after payment of the following amounts: €30.00 for Europe and €50.00 for the rest of the countries*.

Supplementary Certification of Title
Until the requested degree is actually issued and delivered to the interested party, they will be entitled, from the moment they pay the issuance fees, to receive a certificate stating that the requested degree is being processed (Supplementary Degree Certificate). Issued by the Academic Management Service, this certificate has the same legal standing as the requested degree for the purpose of exercising the rights associated with it and is valid for one year.
Verification of official title
We would like to inform you that the verification of official qualifications obtained in Spain can be carried out by accessing the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training website
. This process allows you to access the national register of graduates, and once there, you can authorize a third party, using a code, to access your official qualification information. This procedure allows you to verify official qualifications obtained in Spain from 1991 onwards.
