How are they accredited?

No documentation is required to apply for credit recognition. Recognition is automatic once you have completed the process with the Occupational Observatory.

What are the requirements for my internship to appear in the recognition application?

• Having completed the administrative processing of the Annex to the collaboration agreement.
• You must have completed the Internship Questionnaire and Report (you will receive it by email).
• Have the positive evaluation and the certificate issued by your academic tutor (you must have previously sent the completed questionnaire to your tutor).

What steps do I need to follow to submit my application for recognition?

1. From your authenticated student access you must access the app “Application and consultation of credit recognition in undergraduate and master’s degree studies” (Solicitud y consulta de reconocimiento de créditos en estudios de grado y máster universitario)
2. Next, select “Accreditation of University and Academic Activities” (Acreditación de actividades universitarias y académicas).
3. Select the activity: “Internships in companies or institutions” (Prácticas en empresas o instituciones).
4. In the Subactivity dropdown menu, select your practice.

My internship doesn’t appear in the dropdown menu?

This is because the tutor’s certificate is missing. Please ensure you have submitted your assessment questionnaire and, if the problem persists, contact your academic tutor to validate the activity.

What is the maximum number of credits to be recognized?

All elective ECTS credits.

What criteria are used to determine the number of credits?

1 ECTS credit per 25 hours or fraction thereof, with a minimum of 0.5 ECTS. Internships lasting less than 10 hours are not eligible for recognition.
