The Service Charter is a tool used by Public Administrations and companies to publicly communicate to their users:

  • The services they offer
  • The commitments they make in providing their services
  • The rights and obligations that they have

Establishing these commitments is a measure of social responsibility with which we pledge to maintain our level of quality.
