Concept

The  Supplementary Certificate  is an official document that temporarily replaces the definitive degree while being issued. It is valid for one year from its issuance date and has the same legal effects. It is an electronic document that includes the  national registration number. 

Shipping procedure

1. Once requested the official degree and after paying the fees, the Campus Management Center  and/ or the Doctoral School  forwards the applications to the Studies Management Service  – Degrees Section  –  for processing.
2. Once the files have been received in the Titles Section of the Study Management Service and a final check has been carried out, the Supplementary Certificate of the title is processed.
3. The document, through a Secure Verification Code (CSV), will be sent by email  notification  and, also, could be downloaded  from the degree application file: UMH identified access – My procedures – My files.
